"ESCO-Rivne" Ltd. consists of five principal Departments:

1. Supervisory Board
   The Supervisory Board decides strategy and business-plan of company, exercises the supervision over financial and economic company's activity and controls executive board's activity.
   Personnel: representatives of UNDP, representatives of CJSC "ESCO" founders, representatives of municipal administration.
   
   
2. Management of company
   The Management of company works out and realize company's strategy and business-plan, interacts with the Supervisory Board and reports to it, presides of company, exercises the general supervision over company' activity, communicates with local autonomous bodies and governmental organizations, selects the staff and realizes the active operations with the personnel.
   Personnel: director, councilor, administrative assistant.
   
   
3. Financial Department
   The Financial Department realizes the financial supervision of company, the financial monitoring of client's position, prepares business plans for projects, including project's economic grounding, enterprise financing activities and gives the reports.
   Personnel: financial manager.
   
   
4. Operational Department
   The Operation Department organizes the purchase process of equipment and services, provides with legal aid, controls the fulfillment of engagements in accordance with contracts, provides the operation of office equipment and serves the mail and WEB servers of company.
   Personnel: specialist in purchase, lawyer, system administrator.
   
   
5. Technical Department
   The Technical Department duties consist in carrying out the energy audit on the Customer's objects with subsequent development and presentation the most favourable technical and economical solution. It prepares technical part of tenders, elaborates and applies the projects, and monitors.
   Personnel: technical director, manager of project, energy-auditor.
   
   
6. Public Relations Department
   The Public Relations Department works with the potential "ESCO" clients (house inhabitants, house committees, household associations, schools, etc.) It is engaged in the company image formation and popularization of energy saving and supports creation of ecology and energy saving-oriented NGOs.
   Personnel: specialist in public mobilization.
   
   
7. Commercial Department
   The Commercial Department negotiates with the customers, makes contracts, prepares an economical part of projects and operates with the potential investors, holds marketing and Public Relations.
   Personnel: commercial manager, specialist in marketing and communications.
