The heating pipelines have been made of steel pipes, 350 mm in diameter and 1 321,5 m long.

The pipes were pre-insulated with isocyanate foam in polyethylene, zinc-coated helical casing. Putting the heating pipelines into operation gave possibility to provide day and night hot water supply in winter and summer periods and heat in winter and summer periods Pivnichniy District and the district of Fabrichna St. and those around the The Flax Processing Plant in the city of Rivne.

This contract execution allowed to save:

·          heat energy – 545 Gcal/per year;

·          funds - 101 200 UAH/per month;

·          CO₂ emissiion - 132 t/per year. 

Rehabilitation and renovation of the automation and control system of the boiler units installed in the boiler-house at 71 Kn. Volodymyr St. in the city of Rivne.

The main task of the automatic control and alarm system for the boiler units is:

•  measuring and alarm signalling of deviations from tolerance values of basic parameters when a boiler operates;

• nological protection which causes the boiler stop blocking in accordance with acting normative documents;

• automatic boiler ignition;

• automatic dilution control in the boiler’s burner;

• automatic steam pressure control in the boiler’s drum;

• automatic ratio control between the amount of gas and air, which are given on a gas-ring optimizing the process of burning;

• signalling of equipment and steel framework behaviour in service;

• emergency signalling when fixing deviations of the boilers’ operation parameters being controlled in case of tolerance; the alarm system itself warning emergency by sound;

•  indication and registration of boiler operation parameters.

In the boiler plant 4 steam boilers of the B 25/15 GM type were installed. Before this implementation steam consumption by the boilers of the 25/15 GM type made 25 t/per hour.

While rehabilitating and renovating the boiler units there were carried out the following kinds of work:

·          replacement of the initial part of the super heater and the dipping pipes of the dashers;

·          rehabilitation and renovation of the remote cyclones;

·          replacement of the economizer and the inlet collectors of the furnace dashers.

This contract execution gave the possibility of increasing power and steam pressure in two boilers. Steam consumption after rehabilitation and renovation of the boilers makes 28 t/per hour.

The basic functions of a frequency transformer are:

·          start, stop, dynamic braking, braking to dead stop and adjusting motor’s speed;

·          energy saving, electric hydraulic control ( velocity flow and pressure);

·          succession of braking;

·          control of feed back speed by a tachometer or an impulse-type detector;

·          operation in "faster-slower” rate, S and U-like curve of drag acceleration, step by step operation conditions;

·          automatic “claw” of movable loading and finding the optimum one (“claw” of run);

·          automatic time limitation at low speed while operating, motor’s and frequency transformer’s protection.

Reconstruction of the CHS located at 5 Mitskevitch St. in the city of Rivne

The contract value makes 13 744.00 USD.

This contract execution allowed to dismount the out-of-date equipment and begin arranging individual heat substations in the residential buildings at 5, 7 Mitskevitch St.

In addition it allowed to change two-pipe heating system , i.e. the heating pipelines were laid out of up-to-date pre- insulated ones to the residential buildings at 5,7 Mitskevitch St which in its turn saves heat energy in comparison with the four-pipe heating system.

 Installation of the IHS in the residential buildings at 42, 77 Kyivska St. and 42 Dubenska St. in the city of Rivne.

Carrying out this contract made the heat supply in the residential buildings better owing to installing the up-to- date heat energy meter and the injection heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is used for preheating water in the heating system. Due to the instant heat transport from the original heat source (steam, condenser, overheated water) to the secondary heat source (water in the heating pipelines of the arranged unit). Using the heat exchanger and the pump also gave us the possibility to regulate the heat supply system in these residential buildings.

·          heat energy -74,2 G cal/per year;

·          funds-101 200 UAH/per month;

·          CO₂ emission – 18 t/per year.

Heat insulation of the pipelines in the boiler-house located at 71 Kn. Volodymyr St.

The contract value makes 65  000 UAH.

This contract execution allowed to decrease heat loss through the pipeline that in its turn provided stable boilers’ operation and saved fuel.

To carry out setting of the boiler of the B25/15GM type in the boiler-house located at 71 Kn. Volodymyr St.

                    The contract value makes 51 176 UAH.

Implementation of this work allowed to provide better heat insulation of the boiler , decrease heat energy loss, stabilize boiler’s operation and save fuel consumption.

·          funds- 2 583 UAH/per year;

·          CO₂ emission - 13 t/per year.

Reconstruction of the heat substation located at 6 Kavkazka St.

The contract value makes 340 000 UAH.

The customer is “Komunenergia” DHC.

The contractor is “ESCO-Rivne” CSJV.

At this stage there was carried out some project work having the value of 24 410,62 UAH. Within the bounds of the project the CHS has been reconstructed located at 6 Kavkazka St. in the city of Rivne having up-to-date heat exchange and pump equipment.

Arranging the up-to-date heat exchange equipment will considerably allow to decrease heat loss which will accordingly improve heat supply of the buildings.

Arranging up-to-date pump equipment will raise the efficiency of heat energy consumption and decrease that of electrical energy. In addition heat energy regulation according to temperature conditions has been implemented to save electrical energy.

-          heat energy – 1 468 G cal/per year;

-          funds- 75 822 UAH/per year;

-     CO₂ emission - 375 t/per year. 

Installing the commercial assembly of units for recording and regulating heat energy.         

The contract value makes 29 687,55 UAH.

The assembly for measuring and regulating heat energy in the heating system at School №26 has included the following:

• the SONOCAL 2000 microprocessor unit in the set with the ultrasonic meter made by “Danfoss” Firm;

• the INFOCAL electronic regulator in the set with the regulating valve of the VB2 type, 50 mm in diameter made by “Danfoss” Firm;

• the circulating pump of the BPH type made by "DAB” Firm.

Installing the commercial assembly of units for measuring and controlling heat energy allows to optimize the temperature conditions at school within a day. It allowed to decrease schoolchildren’s sick rate in a winter period.

-          heat energy – 435 G cal/per year;

-          funds- 36 560 UAH/per year;

-     CO₂ emission - 111 t/per year.

Reconstruction of sewage and water purifying system in the city of Ostrog.
